Are asa Beauty products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, all our products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We do not test on animals, nor do we use any animal-derived ingredients in our formulations.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Most of our products have a shelf life of 24 months from the date of manufacture. Once opened, we recommend using them within 6 to 12 months for optimal efficacy.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for products that are damaged during transit or if you receive the wrong item. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or opened beauty products.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Our products are formulated with clean, natural ingredients and are dermatologically tested. However, we always recommend performing a patch test before full application.
